The Bua Provincial Council compound is located about 500 meters from the main Nabouwalu center. The compound has a total land mass of 18 acres under Native Land lease owned by the Bua Provincial Council.The following facilities and infrastructures are located within the Bua Provincial Compound:
Naulumatua House
The Naulumatua House was built in 1993 and first hosted the 30th Methodist Church Conference after that until now being the main government station in Nabouwalu which accommodated the following government departments:
a) Provincial Administration Office
b) Bua Provincial Council Office
c) Department of Education.
d) Department of Social Welfare
e) Department of Women

Rest House
Seatura and Solevu are the two rest houses available at the Bua Provincial Compound to provide accommodation for tourists, visitors and government officials who come to work at Nabouwalu and some other part of Bua.

Government Rent Quarters
The Bua Provincial Council have six(6) dwelling houses in which five being rented out to the Public Service Commission for government staff quarters and one being occupied and rented by the China Railway Company staff.

Altogether there is seven staff quarters located within the Bua Provincial Compound which is occupied by the following staffs:

b) Senior Asst Roko Tui - Aisake Sivo Nadumu
c) Asst Roko Tui Bua - Kusitino Roko
d) Provincial Treasurer - Irfan Khan
e) Australian Volunteer - Nathan Reed
f) Conservation Officer - Eferemo Kubunavanua
g) Caretaker - Semisi Volivanua
Bua Provincial Staff quarters
Bua Women's Resource Center
The Women in Bua were fortunate to be financially assisted by the Ministry for Women who have built a Resource Center for the women in to perform art and craft for sale. Also the women prepare food catering at the center. All these activities at the Women Center are basically an income generation to the women in Bua which will assist their daily livelihood.

Store Room
The Bua Provincial Council Office’s store building is located on the top far road end of the Provincial Compound. The Store Room is also an archives building where all old documents and records of the Provincial Council Office are kept. Also old equipment, furniture, art and craft are safely kept in the store room.
